It was a relatively quiet month for development in terms of exciting new features. At this point in the demo pretty much everything being done is for polish, balance, and small fixes. It's good news - it means that the demo has come together really nicely and is on a good track.
More new art came in over the course of the month, so you can continue to see just how different things look. I'm super impressed with how good things are starting to look and can't wait for everything to be done!
Behind the scenes I've been doing a lot of work getting the game code in the best possible state for the next round of features I'm planning on implementing for the full version.
I expect more and more art will be coming in for the game, so I'll continue to get all of the latest stuff in. For the most part I'll be starting to work a lot more on the marketing side of things. Most of it won't be public for a little while, but the ramp up for fundraising is beginning soon!
I'll definitely be doing more refactoring work to lay the foundation for more planned features, but I don't think there will be any new public features for the month, unless it's something small and well polished.
Overall this month is the big push to see how close I can get the game to being ready for everyone. Right now I'm expecting to launch it sometime in June, but we'll see how things actually shake out!
